It contains 2 twin day beds and twin trundles and sleeps 4 adults. -Bedroom #7 is located in our movie room and is partitioned with two privacy curtains. It contains 2 twin day beds, and 2 twin trundles and sleeps 4 adults. -Backyard is accessible through two glass doors. Accordion full opening doors is for staging purposes only. -Pool floaties and basketball hoop are for staging purposes only and are not a guaranteed amenity -Maintance emergencies/amenity failures will be resolved as promptly as possible at hosts discretion whether or not guests are on site at time of repair -All twin beds are day beds or trundles except one which is a pullout sleeper. -Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, no loud music or behavior outside at this time

Located in the mecca of San Diego's winery region, the estate is surrounded by roughly 20 different wineries in a 10-minute radius along with multiple golf courses. The estate is located in a secluded neighborhood on nearly 20 acres where groups will not be bothered by neighbors, with privacy being a huge benefit while staying here. There is plenty available parking with 15 cars being easily able to fit on the estate's private driveway and unlimited street parking outside of the private gates. It is also located extremely close to some major attractions in San Diego such as the Wild Animal Zoo Safari Park which is only a 5-minute car ride away. The estate is also located 10 minutes from major freeways, grocery stores and Starbucks.
Guest Access
-Guests have access to the entire property and surrounding areas around it with the exception of one closet which is used for maid storage and the parking garage which is currently being used for storage. -24/7 amenity usage is allowed by all guests including pool/spa and all outdoor amenities. -County quiet hours start at 10pm till 8am so please use outdoor amenities responsibly during those hours.
