Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The property is located approximately 5 minutes from the freeway, and approximately 20 minutes from SD's major attractions. There is a nearby Starbucks and VONS grocery store just minutes away for convenience. There is great privacy and separation from neighbors but the neighborhood is still quiet as its residential, so noise ordinances must be respected and noise volume must moderate especially when outside and by the pool.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property and surrounding areas around it with the exception of the garage which is currently used for storage. The outdoor areas which include pool/jacuzzi/backyard/tennis court etc is restricted from 9pm-8am for most groups. Certain exceptions might apply for some, please inquire before booking.
